Dori Sear is a facilitator of spiritual formation for people thirsty to know the Triune God. Dori’s passion is to see men and women transformed by God’s love, intentionally and progressively following Jesus, and increasingly becoming more like Him. Following a successful 15 year career in business marketing, she served 13 years on a church staff, 5 as Director of Spiritual Formation
Dori currently serves on the Executive Staff of the Spiritual Formation Alliance. She is the author of All Consuming Fire, Spiritual Formation from Head to Heart, written to stimulate engagement with God through His Word and conversations among friends, mentors, and small groups.
